Went in to talk about dash cams. Was told they will install one I planned to purchase elsewhere. They didn't have the one I wanted. Was given an estimate of $200-$250. I bring in the dash cam and now we are at $300. The whole thing just felt wrong. Installation was clean however the storage unit is mounted on the window next to the camera. That's just asking a thief to break in and take it. So just know going in the price is probably going to go up. Should have waited and had Geak Squad do it.

I’m not even sure where to start, but here’s my experience in full. Back in November, I took my Jeep Wrangler in to get my sound system upgraded (inside speakers). The price was way more than I expected, but I figured it would be worth it because I just wanted it to sound better. After the install, it honestly didn’t sound better to me, and at the end of the day, I’m the owner of the vehicle—if I’m not happy, that should matter more than what anyone else thinks. I called back immediately and scheduled for the next day to add amps and subs to get the sound I was actually looking for. I’ll take accountability here: it’s hard to explain sound perfectly. But I also expected more guidance and expertise from “professionals” who said they’ve done “a bunch of Wranglers.” After the amps/subs were installed, I finally loved the sound. I was excited leaving the parking lot. Less than a day later… the bass went out. I came back the very next day at 9am. I completely understand they have appointments, but I’m also coming back for an issue caused right after the install—and I was willing to wait. The energy was completely different from when they were selling me the install. The confidence/

Car Stereo One is hands-down the best in the business! They’ve done lifts on my truck, tinted my windows, and installed sound systems in my vehicles mounted and balancing for wheels and tires no problem the got you quick fast and easy and every single time the results have been flawless. If you want honest service, great prices, and a crew that truly knows what they’re doing, Car Stereo One is the place to go. Highly recommend!

There is not a better place to go in north west Ohio or even southeast Michigan. Car stereo has great pricing and they do everything exactly how you want and you get exactly what you pay for, and that’s QUALITY! My tint has stayed exactly where it was when it was installed almost 4 years ago. No peels, no scratches, no problems. The installer’s name was Casey and he did a great job. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back to him for my next vehicle!
